Mom & Son’s Babyland (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Mom & Son’s Babyland mobile application (the “App”), an online toy store for customers in Nepal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Contact & delivery details — your name, phone number, email address (optional), and delivery address, so we can process and deliver your orders.
Order information — the products you buy, order totals, payment method chosen, and order history.
Payment information — payments are processed via Fonepay or collected as cash on delivery. We do not store your full card numbers or wallet credentials on our servers.
Photos — if you post a product review, any image you choose to attach; and, for delivery confirmation, a delivery photo captured by our delivery staff.
Location — a delivery address you provide, and, for staff delivery accounts only, device location used during active deliveries to show estimated arrival. We do not track customers’ background location.
Device & usage data — basic technical information needed to keep the App working and secure.

How we use your information

To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
To show order status and delivery updates.
To provide customer support and respond to requests.
To operate, secure, and improve the App.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to run the store: with delivery personnel (to deliver your order), with payment providers (to process payment), and with service providers such as Google Firebase, which hosts our data and provides authentication and translation. We do not sell your personal information.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Access to seller and administrative features is protected by authentication, biometric verification, and server-side security rules. Payment verification is handled on secure servers, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data as described below.

Children’s privacy

The App sells children’s products but is intended for use by parents and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the details below. You can also request that we stop using your information for a particular purpose.

भुक्तानी जानकारी — भुक्तानी Fonepay मार्फत प्रशोधन गरिन्छ वा डेलिभरीमा नगद लिइन्छ। हामी तपाईंको पूरा कार्ड नम्बर वा वालेट विवरण हाम्रो सर्भरमा राख्दैनौं।
फोटोहरू — तपाईंले समीक्षा राख्दा संलग्न गर्ने तस्बिर; र डेलिभरी पुष्टिका लागि हाम्रो डेलिभरी कर्मचारीले खिचेको डेलिभरी फोटो।
स्थान — तपाईंले दिनुभएको डेलिभरी ठेगाना, र कर्मचारी डेलिभरी खाताका लागि मात्र, सक्रिय डेलिभरीको समयमा अनुमानित आगमन देखाउन प्रयोग हुने उपकरणको स्थान। हामी ग्राहकको पृष्ठभूमि स्थान ट्र्याक गर्दैनौं।
उपकरण तथा प्रयोग डेटा — एप सुचारु र सुरक्षित राख्न आवश्यक आधारभूत प्राविधिक जानकारी।
